North Shore Country Club is a 27-hole, high traffic full-service country club that focuses on a family-first midwestern culture. The Club was established in 1920 and hosts approximately 30,000 rounds annually each season. The club consists of more than 580 memberships, including 220 junior golf participants and 180 women in the Women’s Golf Association.
Accomplishments
• Created a culture of personalized customer service to deliver a world-class experience to every person on property while implemented processes to promote a unique golf experience to every member and guest and provide a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere among all golfers leading to 96% membership retention.
o Worked in partnership with the various committees (Men’s Golf & Women’s Golf Committee),
Executive Board of Directors, General Manager, Golf Course Superintendent, and other departments to foster constant enhancement of all programs and service models for the very best golfer experience the operation can provide.
• Grew merchandise sales nearly 50% in first two years by creating a more one-on-one, personalized shopping experience for members and guest, turning a break-even portion of the operation into a $100,000 revenue generator.
• Managed an active caddie program and helped promote the Evans Scholarship Program among the community
• Continually innovate and execute an active club tournament schedule that has grown event revenue approximately 108% since 2021.
• Hire and mentor a staff of six golf professionals, director of instruction, golf shop merchandiser, PGM
interns, and 40+ member service staff to provide a first-class golfing experience.
o Introduced and implemented well-defined and written Standard Operating Procedures and set clear expectations for every employee in the operation to succeed.
o Promoted multiple staff members and interns to Assistant Professionals position at Top 100 Clubs in first three years.

Southern Hills Country Club is a 27-hole, world-class country club currently ranked Top 30 on the Golf Digest Top 100 Courses. Established in 1936, the golf course was designed by Perry Maxwell and renovated in 2019 by Gil Hanse. Southern Hills has hosted seven Majors and countless National Championships. The club is home to more than 920 members with active men’s, women’s, and junior golf programs.
Accomplishments
• Delivered unparalleled service through the “Southern Hills Experience” to members and their guests as well as managed the day-to-day operations of the golf staff.
• Directly involved in preparation and execution of the 2021 Senior PGA Championship and 2022 PGA Championship; specifically, outside services, merchandise operation, and Pro-Am and Championship caddie recruitment and assignments.
• Actively played with members of all genders and skill levels, hosted guest groups at Southern Hills to ensured first class on-course experience and accompanied member groups to golf clubs nationwide as a representative of Southern Hills and its membership.
• Supervised in purchasing and inventory control for an award-winning golf shop, with annual sales exceeding $2.3 million, including online and paper bill paying, purchasing, inventory and preparation of financial statements for performance and tax purposes.
• Involved in the hiring and training of golf operations staff which includes PGM Interns and Outside Operations Service Staff.
• Provided instructional programs to a variety of membership and guest classifications
o Over 150 hours of private instruction in 2020 and 2021 to men, women, and junior golfers.
o Coordinated and taught instructional clinics to men, women, and juniors by creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere with easy-to-understand content relevant to the attendees.
o Organized and executed a highly active junior golf program which included: two 8-week junior development programs (spring & fall semesters), weekly Future Juniors (ages 4-7), three week-long golf camps (ages 8-13), PGA Junior League, and Get Girls Golfing.
• Planned, promoted, organized, and executed a magnitude of member and guest events during a single golf season
o Men’s Golf Association, 18 and 9-Hole Women’s Golf Associations, Couples’ Golf Association, Junior Golf, corporate outings, and charity outings.
o Highlighted by the showcase member-guest tournament, Swingaroo, with over 140 teams over 4 days.
2022 PGA Championship at Southern Hills Country Club
Southern Hills Country Club was the first club to host five PGA Championships. Won by Justin Thomas in a playoff.
2021 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship
The Senior PGA Championship, established in 1937, is the oldest of the five major championships in men's senior golf. Won by Alex Cejka
Accomplishments
Directly involved in preparation and execution of the 2021 Senior PGA Championship and 2022 PGA Championship.
Managed practice facilities and staffing prior to and during championship weeks.
Recruited and staffed more than 130 caddies for KitchenAid Pro-Am and Championship.
Personally caddied for Ken Tanagawa (2020 Senior PGA Champion), Paul McGinley, Gary Nicklaus during media and practice rounds.

Gulph Mills Golf Club is a Donald Ross designed eighteen-hole private golf club established in 1916, considered one of the top clubs and “hidden gems” in the Philadelphia area centered solely around golf. The club caters to over 350 members, accounting for approximately 13,000 rounds a year.
Accomplishments
• Direct supervision of all aspects of the golf operation, merchandising operation, staffing, training and instructional programs.
• Coordinated with caddie master and trained and managed approximately 65 caddies each season.
• Prepared monthly and annual financial budgets/forecast for golf operation.
• Coordinate well-known, three-day, A.J. Dexel Paul Invitational with 64, 2-man team field nationwide.
Loudonville, New York
Lead Assistant PGA Professional (2015 - 2017)
Schuyler Meadows Club is an eighteen-hole private country club built in 1926. The club is comprised of over 230 golf members, accounting for 12,000 annual rounds. The country club and golf course, designed by Devereux Emmet, are both regarded as one of the finest in Upstate New York while being mentored by Steve Jensen, past Merion Golf Club Assistant Golf Professional.
Accomplishments
• Provided private and group golf instructions with over 200 hours of instruction, increasing lesson revenue by 97% from 2015 to 2016.
• Coordinated 80 member tournaments and 15 outside golf outings seasonally.
• Actively hired, trained, motivated and supervised the golf operations personnel (outside golf staff and caddies), and improved golf service efficiency while staying below the club’s annual golf operations budget.
